But today we are going to uncover the mystery, and i am going to tell you how adding these leafy greens to your diet can make a huge difference in the appearance of your skin. Leafy greens have 4 main ingredients that make it a super food, which gives you the ability to look and feel like a superhero.
Lutein is an antioxidant that increases your skins natural protection layer against the harmful rays of the sun. This can be very helpful when you have sensitive skin, or if you are on Accutane and are extremely sensitive to the sun. Leafy greens have many other health benefits such as: higher energy levels, fat burner, eliminates wrinkles, helps your heart, fights against diabetes and strengthens your gut. So if you want to look and feel like a superhero i suggest incorporating leafy greens into your diet, either through more salads or smoothies.
